The room was charming, but they charged a weird exchange rate for cash.

The hotel had perfect location so close to the Mostar itself, the bridge in a quiet side street and the nearby Old City and the famous bridge.

The sweeping views of the Old Bridge from our terrace were a major highlight. Plus, Ariana, the staff member, were really nice, even packing us breakfast when we overslept. Such a cozy and cute vibe overall!

very thoughtfull and kind staff :) and the terrace with the magneficient view was also great. by the way you can think that the otel is in a weird street but it is good to be in a place walking distance to bridge and not in the crowded and noisy old city bars area.

The location is amazing! We had the room with the terrace and had great views of the Old Bridge. Air conditioning was a must and very welcome. The staff sent an email offering to pick us up from the bus station, but it got to us too late. Instead they paid for a taxi to drop us off back at the station when we left. We received a welcome drink upon arrival at the hotel and they carried our luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was modest but nice and the coffee was very good. Overall, a great choice for staying in Mostar.
The bathroom is configured strangely and has no shower curtain so you had to plan for things to be a bit wet. Also our room was quite small, so small that we had to open our luggage in the bathroom and leave it there for storage. The room next to ours seemed to have more space so our room might have just been the small one.

Charming rustic design with amazing rooftop views.
The absence of staff at the reception was frustrating, leaving guests to rely on each other for help. I waited for over 20 minutes during checkout, unacceptable. The outdated furnishings.

I had the perfect spot upstairs with a fine terrace view! Plus, Ena treated us like family. It was the best sleep of my life-almost missed our tour!
And if you're a light sleeper, those late-night terrace chats could be a bit too lively.

Really amazing roof terrace! Location is very close to the bridge. Staff is wonderful.
The room was very light, no good curtains and many street lights shining in.
